Everyone always hates the top dog. It's a fact of life. What has changed
in the last 15 years is that now the rest of the world does not respect us.
We have become weak. We don't follow through with what we say. We have
become the parent who threatens punishment but never follows through. We
have become an easy target for those with ambitions of climbing to the top
of the world's food chain.
