Between Republican voters who will not vote for McCain, moderate Dems who
would be reluctant to vote for Hillary (based on her track record of extreme
Marxism) and racially motivated voters who will not vote for Obama, I really
think a well run third party campaign has a good chance of capturing over
25% of the national vote in November. If McCain gets the nod, I will begin
researching the candidate the Libertarians put up at their convention in
May.
Or better yet, I could start up a write-in campaign. If I get elected, I
promise to give tax breaks to anyone who posts 50 or more messages to ATAI
in a year and will make the anniversary of Paula Abdul's graduation from
rehab a national holiday.
